Nathalie Bertrams is a freelance photographer, journalist and National Geographic Explorer. She reports on environmental conflicts, global trade, human rights and social justice, mainly across Africa and Eastern Europe. Nathalie’s work is published in media such as The Guardian, Süddeutsche Zeitung, Al Jazeera, BBC News, Mongabay and De Groene Amsterdammer. She also makes TV documentaries for ZDF/Arte.
