Evaline Schot (she/her) is a Netherlands-based investigative journalist specialised in social affairs reporting and the use of data in the public sector.
In this role, she has collaborated with Lighthouse Reports and Follow the Money to investigate the use of algorithms within welfare systems or as predictive policing tools and their impact on vulnerable communities.
Evaline also works at the regional investigative newsroom Bureau Spotlight, bringing investigative and background reporting.
