Dicta is a freelance journalist currently working with The Independent Magazine, The EastAfrican Newspaper and Vox Populi. She cofounded with four other colleagues a new digital Media named MainstreamUg and she has received awards from reporting on infrastructure, politics, education, health and disaster risk reduction issues.
