Anders Pedersen is a Danish former journalist. He lives and works now in Washington DC.

He has been working as independent data journalist on issues from public health to education, though financial data holds a special place in his heart. At the OpenSpending project of the Open Knowledge Foundation he works to open up budgets, government spending, procurement and EU spending data.
