Journalist Ragnar Skre (1969) - based in Belgium - has been a foreign news reporter since 2007, covering news events as well as in-depth stories for Norwegian media.
 
Foreign Reporter Ragnar Skre, has been based in Tbilisi, Georgia, 2007-2012 and in Brussels, Belgium from 2012 to today. He is educated as a social anthropologist, with a degree from University of Bergen, Norway.
 
Apart from covering breaking news stories, his work has given a voice to people affected by Norwegian policies or activities abroad, such as justice reforms and hydropower business.
