UGANDA - Uganda is known as 'the best country in the world for refugees'. Everyone who arrives gets a piece of land and material to build a house.

The East African country currently hosts about one and a half million refugees, mainly from the DR Congo and South Sudan. Ugandan Minister for Refugees Musa Ecweru boasts that his country is ready for another million refugees. But does Uganda has that capacity? And why is Uganda actually so eager to receive all these refugees?
