MOSTAR - Sem Bucman (31) has been living in Belgium for 20 years. He was born in Mostar, Bosnia and Herzegovina. The war in the early 90s tore the city apart. Also the famous bridge was destroyed, as was the house where Sem lived as a child.  All the photos, his memories of his childhood, disappeared.

Last year Sem saw a class photo on Facebook where he was on. He wondered what has become of all those people by now. Who still lives in Mostar? Who moved abroad? Is the city still torn apart? Sem travels to Mostar, looking for his old classmates and forgotten memories. Curious about what the war has done to his city.

Sem meets old friends, visits the ruins of his parental home and goes back to his old school. He finds out what he was like as a child and even finds an old videotape of a school performance. But Sem also discovers that the traces of the war haven't been erased yet and that some people still have a hard time talking about it.
