In October 2017 cartoonists Judith Vanistendael, Aimée de Jongh and Mei-Li Nieuwland visited the refugee camps of Moria and Kara Tepe on Lesvos.

Although photography in the camps is forbidden, they could record what they saw in their sketchbooks. Once at home, they drew three different reports, in three different styles, that show the daily lives of the refugees in a unique way.
