ISRAEL/PALESTINE - Palestinians better think twice before they marry. Many couples can't live together because their partner has another identity card.
Although the Palestinians are one people, they have four possible identity documents on an area smaller than Belgium. Israel's divide-and-rule policy reaches into the bedroom. Ebe Daems and Sam Asaert went to Israel and Palestine to collect the personal stories of these couples and to find out how the system works.
