Europe believed that Daesh was no longer a problem. Defeated on the ground in Syria and Iraq, the self-proclaimed Caliphate seemed incapable of organizing actions on other continents. Instead, Paris, Nice and Vienna have been hit: attacks which - according to the first results of the investigations - are the work of lone wolves in squares in a network capable of guiding and above all financing them.
