RADAR is an independent group of journalists and photographers who investigate and report on how our planet's environment is changing.

RADAR Magazine is an Italian independent media founded in late 2020. It covers the most important environmental crises of the present – climate change, global biodiversity loss, pollution – and their ripple effects on our society. RADAR gives the perspective and context readers need to form their own ideas about the world, explaining complex issues clearly. RADAR believes in constructive journalism that highlights not only problems, but also solutions, and that is free and accessible to all.
RADAR Magazine publishes in-depth articles , with a special focus on visual storytelling. It regularly hosts contributions from leading Italian and foreign environmental journalists and has published photoreportages by award-winning photographers.

RADAR Magazine has taken part in major international projects in partnership with entities such as UNESCO and Italian and foreign universities.

In 2022, RADAR was one of the founders of the widely acclaimed Forever Pollution Project investigation. In the same year, it won Italy's most important award for science journalism on climate and sustainability.
RADAR was also the only Italian media selected for the first European edition of Google News Initiative in collaboration with European Journalism Centre (2021) and of Media Innovation Europe, a program of the International Press Institute (2022).

RADAR’s audience consists mainly of Italian readers (aged 30-45). High time on page (about 5 minutes) and high open rate of the monthly newsletter (more than 40%, sent to a database of nearly 2 thousand contacts) are among the most relevant data.
