Vladyslav Balinskyy (Ukraina) is an expert in ecology, founder and the head of NGO „Green leaf”, as well as cameraman.
He was the head of the Odesa branch of National Ecological Center of Ukraine. He was an expert in the journalist commission "The Group of May 2" investigating the tragic events of May 2, 2014, in Odesa. These conclusions formed the basis of the official investigation. Vladyslav is also a member of the working group of the Odesa Regional State Administration regarding the illegal construction of the Lower Dniester coastand member of Advisory council at the Department of Culture of Odesa Regional State Administration.
