Stef Arends is a Dutch freelance (video) journalist based in Belgium.

He studied Industrial Design at Eindhoven University of Technology and Media Studies at Leiden University. He worked at the investigative website Apache from 2017 to 2020. He currently works as a freelance journalist, mainly on the subjects of migration and agriculture.
