Renata Hirota is a data journalist and MSc candidate in statistics at the University of São Paulo, with a strong focus on data-driven storytelling and climate analysis.
She currently contributes to InfoAmazonia, using data journalism to investigate the impacts of climate change in the Amazon region and bridging the gap between complex data and public understanding. In addition, she works as a data analyst at Jusbrasil, where she applies statistical methods to enhance legal transparency and access to information.
