Razvan Chiruță is the editor-in-chief of Buletin de București.

Between 2022 and June 2024, he was the editor-in-chief of PRESShub, a national online media outlet. Previously, he was editor-in-chief of the Romanian franchise of Newsweek USA from 2018 to 2021, and of the daily newspaper România liberă from 2015 to 2017. From 2004 to 2005, he coordinated the correspondent section of Evenimentul Zilei, one of the most important Romanian national daily newspapers.

He graduated with a degree in Journalism from the "Al. I. Cuza" University of Iași in 2002 and has a Master's degree in Management of Media Institutions (without dissertation) from the Faculty of Journalism and Communication Sciences at the University of Bucharest (2007).

He is the co-author of the books Mass-Media and Democracy in Post-Communist Romania (2nd edition), published by Ed. Institutul European, Iași, 2013, and 'Covid-19'. Dimensiuni ale gestionarii pandemiei', published by Junimea, Iași, in 2020.
