Paul Soriano is a freelance journalist and a media development worker based in Manila, Philippines.
He currently leads Thibi's communications and community-building initiatives. Previously, he co-led the implementation of the Environmental Data Journalism Academy, a month-long fellowship that trained journalists in the Philippines and India in data-driven journalism.
