Paul Shemisi Betutua (DR Congo, 1982) is a Congolese filmmaker. 

He studied law, but soon exchanged the code for the camera. After gaining experience as a sound engineer and camera assistant for foreign film crews, he started his film training in 2013, organized by the Belgian institute INSAS. As a director, screenwriter, producer and cameraman, he worked on various fiction films and documentaries, including "Systeme K" about Kinshasa's thriving art world.
