Oyunga Pala is a Kenyan journalist, writer and editor based in Amsterdam.

His core skills include narrative journalism, editorial management, content curation, and analytical writing, particularly with a focus on African politics, culture, and society. He is adept at managing multidisciplinary teams, coordinating large networks of contributors, and delivering high-quality publications for international audiences.
His professional strengths also encompass content development, strategic communication campaigns, and fundraising, as well as partnership building with institutions and organizations across Africa, Europe, North America, and Asia. He is experienced in cross-cultural analysis and the translation of complex social, political, and cultural ideas into accessible and impactful narratives. In addition, he has a strong background in social justice advocacy and grassroots mentorship, working with youth and marginalized communities through environmental and cultural programmes.
