Ollie is a Lecturer in Geocomputation at the Centre for Advanced Spatial Analysis at University College London and a tech fellow/contributor at Bellingcat.
He has a PhD from the Oxford Department for International Development, where his research focused on developing computational methods for the study of insurgent recruitment in Turkey
