He began his career in journalism in 1993 and has since worked in radio, television, online, and multimedia. He is specialized in digital security for journalists, corruption, wildlife, the environment, energy, European affairs, human trafficking, money laundering, and counterfeit goods trafficking. He has experience in cross-border collaborative investigations.

  • Education/Training: He holds a degree in International Relations and European Studies from Babeș-Bolyai University in Cluj-Napoca, Romania. He is also a member of the Earth Journalism Network, Internews Europe, and the Clean Energy Wire.
  • Notable Work: He has investigated a wide range of topics, including corruption in the Romanian government, and the impact of climate change on wildlife. He has also worked on cross-border investigative projects with journalists from other countries.
