Marianne is a communication specialist who mainly works as a motivational speaker and moderator. In doing so, she focuses on dialogue in times of conflict.

Since she speaks Spanish fluently and with a background in radio and theater she leaves for Venezuela to work on a social artistic documentary project with boys in difficult home situations. She lives in Mérida when the first protest against the Maduro regime breaks out. Four years later, she goes back to Venezuela to see what has become of the boys.
