Kristina Millona is a researcher and investigative journalist based in Albania.
She works on topics related to mobility, migration and the externalisation of border control, with a particular focus on the Italy-Albania migrant deal. Since graduating from SOAS, University of London, with a degree in Transnational Queer Feminist Politics, she has researched and written about the criminalisation of Albanian migrants in the UK. Her articles have been featured in Kosovo 2.0, Balkan Insight, Melting Pot, Jacobin, Altreconomia and IrpiMedia.
