As a freelance journalist, Julia Seegers prefers to work at the interface of social, environmental and economic issues.
She is a freelance editor in the newsroom of MDR AKTUELL and was previously responsible for the climate podcast ‘Mission Energiewende’. She also works for various media in TV, radio and online - including MDR, Deutschlandfunk and detektor.fm.
Julia studied economics in Bochum and Nanaimo B.C. (Canada) and currently lives in Leipzig, Germany.
