Joachim Kattrup, based in Copenhagen, is a senior journalist specialising in finance with a focus on environmental, social and governance (ESG) issues.
His interest in sustainable finance extends beyond journalism. From 2013 to 2021, he worked as an editor and ESG journalist at Økonomisk Ugebrev A/S. From June 2021 to June 2023, he served as a sustainable finance analyst at ActionAid Denmark.
He is the editor of MONEY MONEY MONEY, a monthly newsletter providing balanced yet critical coverage of the financial sector, focusing on climate-related, sustainable, ethical, and accountable practices. He is also the founder of the Nordic Network for Investigative ESG Journalism, a cross-border editorial initiative that unites Nordic media outlets to improve journalists' understanding of the financial system and its impact on climate change. The network also supports coordinated, cross-national reporting among its members. He is currently an investigative journalist at Danwatch since 2023.
