HEBRON - In a bid to combat a wave of lone-wolf attacks, Israel has arrested hundreds of Palestinian youths suspected of being potential would-be terrorists over the past 18 months. Many, if not most, of the Palestinians arrested have been singled out by a computerised prediction system developed by the Israeli authorities. According to Israeli officials, some of the individuals were arrested on their way to carry out an attack, but others may not have even fully decided to commit an attack at the time of their arrest.
