She has more than ten years of experience in reporting, interviewing, and writing across multiple platforms and topics.
In recent years, she has specialized in solutions journalism, launching a dedicated Hungarian-language website to promote this approach and conducting workshops for both Hungarian and international journalists. She became an accredited Solutions Journalism Trainer in 2024 and has started to collaborate with European media organizations and cross-border teams.
Eszter is particularly interested in stories that explore effective responses to social challenges and in fostering constructive, evidence-based reporting cultures across Europe.
