Delphine Bauer has been a freelance journalist for the last 15 years. She's a part of the journalists collective Youpress.

For ten years, she's been covering social issues abroad. In India, Israel, South Africa, Thailand or the United States, she tried to focus on invisible stories telling the reality of other societies.

In 2017, she participated to the multimedia project "Zero impunity", about rape as a weapon of war. Her colleague Helene Molinari and she were in charge of an investigation about the UN covers up when it comes to sexual assault committed by its soldiers.

In 2021, she co-wrote a book about gender biases in health (Mauvais traitements, pourquoi les femmes sont mal soignées) and pursued her exploration of health as a politic topic with an investigation about a defective medical device that caused serious side effect to hundreds of thousands of women (Au mépris du corps des femmes, le scandale des implants Essure)

She's currently a part of the collective project “Femmes à Abattre”.
