David Breger is a member and cofounder of the freelance journalists collective Youpress.
Their latest investigative project is the international investigation Femmes à abattre, on "political feminicides", the gender-based political assassinations of women human rights defenders, elected officials and journalists around the world. In 2022 he cowrote with Arnaud Svrcek Le village contre la multinationale (Le Seuil), a book about the fight of a small French village against the building of a polluting factory.
