Daniel Värjö is a climate and environment reporter and investigative journalist at Swedish Radio's science department, where he works with the radio programme Klotet.
He has made several radio documentaries, most recently Förgiftade about the PFAS-exposed people of Ronneby in Sweden and their legal battle. In 1998 he was awarded the Guldspaden by the Swedish Association of Investigative Journalism (FGJ) and was nominated for the same prize in 2016. He has been nominated for the Prix Europa and Guldörat in 2020 for an investigative story on PFAS, 3M and the Ronneby contamination.
