Dahian Cifuentes is both a photojournalist and a filmmaker. She specialises in combining different artistic methods.
She focuses her work on human rights, armed conflict and migration, and works on humanitarian aid projects with gender- and ethnicity-based approaches. Her work has been published in El País, Revista Late, El Espectador, Record, AJ+, El Estornudo, Semanario Brecha, OnCuba News, El Toque, Público, La Barra Espaciadora and Cartel Urbano.
Her work has been exhibited in Bogotá, Buenos Aires and Paris.
