Skilled in obtaining documents through Freedom of Information requests, O’Carroll uncovers exclusive stories through extensive research. He is also proficient in using open-source investigative techniques and is passionate about environmental issues. He graduated from City, University of London with a Master's in Investigative Journalism. Prior experience includes Village Magazine, the Irish Examiner as well as The Journal’s news desk.
