Christina Last is an MIT researcher and cofounder of AQAI, a UNICEF venture fund backed-start-up providing AI-enabled pollution impact assessments.
Christina has collaborated with a number of city governments and international organisations as a Research Data Scientist at The Alan Turing Institute, (the UK's National Institute for AI and Data Science), Christina built machine learning algorithms alongside the Greater London Authority to predict air pollution in real-time.
As a Research Fellow at Carnegie Mellon University, Christina worked closely with Obama’s Chief Scientist to develop machine learning systems to automate respiratory health regimens associated with the environmental pollution in the largest private hospital network in Pakistan.
