Carlos Piedrahita is a reporter, documentarian, and content editor at Baudó Agencia Pública.
He has been working as a journalist since 2013, covering environmental issues, historical memory, and communities.
Carlos received Colombia's Simón Bolívar National Journalism Award twice, in 2014 and 2024, for a documentary on mining in La Guajira and for the project “Climate displaced people in La Guajira: communities threatened by the sea” (the latter together with Nathaly Hurtado Torres and Víctor Galeano).
