Meet the Speakers:
Filip Trhlík
Filip co-founded Verifee.ai, a non-profit organization that assesses the trustworthiness of over 100,000 Czech news articles each month using AI. Currently, he is a postgraduate student in Machine Learning and Machine Intelligence at the University of Cambridge, with a research focus on AI safety. Filip collaborates with institutions such as the University of Pennsylvania and University College London to address critical issues related to AI and disinformation.
Milijana Rogač
Milijana is the executive editor of Istinomer, Serbia’s leading fact-checking organization. With a degree in journalism from the Faculty of Political Sciences in Belgrade, she has extensive experience in verifying political claims and tracking the spread of disinformation across media. Milijana’s work focuses on digital forensics and propaganda, ensuring that disinformation is identified and exposed across various media platforms.
